Question. Do these stats include killings in defense of self, family , and property, during the commission of a crime? And do they include Police Involved Shootings? Because if they do, that may explain at least one category.

FBI crime stats are useless. The FBI combines hispanics with whites so the black crime rate won't look so bad. The practice is actually called "The Hispanic Effect" among crime stat researchers. Hispanics are typically 3-5x as violent as whites are so you can safely eliminate 90% of the "blacks killed by whites" figure as bogus if you're honest about who is doing the killing.
