Covering for Foxxx Again

Remember that hotel party last week? The one that didn't have anyone wander into a freezer? The one where three guns were recovered, a bullet narrowly missed some tourists from India and not a single person faced weapon charges? The Crime in Boystown blog had a heck of a report on it:
  • It was quite a party at the Homewood Suites hotel in River North early last Sunday. Three handguns were recovered in room 918 after shots were fired around 3:30 a.m, police said. Ten adults were arrested along with two minors, almost all for trespassing. No one was charged with any gun crime.

Now, the CWBChicago team has pulled up the police and court records of the attendees.

It turns out the ten adults—average age 21.4 years—had collected 48 arrests in Chicago. And that was before last weekend’s shenanigans.

Four of the ten adults have firearms convictions and a fifth is awaiting trial on gun charges. One of them is on parole.

No one has been charged with any weapons violation in the hotel incident, which reportedly sent a bullet flying through “common walls” between guest rooms.
Maybe we missed it, but did either newspaper cover these criminal reprobates? Maybe a TV station did a follow up on the incident? You'd think that the citizenry might be outraged about assorted felons not being charged after being caught in the vicinity of three more guns. But then, the media would have to actually report the news so the citizens would be informed. And that would endanger democrats.

Soooo...please explain to me how Kim Foxx is to blame for a bunch of felons who managed to rent a hotel room, bring some guns into the suite and blast off a few caps? Yet the responding (patrol) units in 018 couldn't determine exactly who possessed which of the three firearms recovered? And neither could the detectives? And yet, someone is covering up for Foxx? I guess Eddie Johnson isn't the only one on the job who could be considered "special."

This is par for the course in Crook County. A few years back we stopped a van for a simple traffic violation. A check of the occupants indicated they were gangbangers known to CPD and suburban PDs. They had thousands of dollars, a police scanner tuned to the zone and cannabis in the passenger area. A drug dog hit on an outside area of the vehicle which which seemed unlikely. The trap guy came and worked a few hours in finding the trap which contained an auto pistol with and extended clip. The vehicle was registered in another county under a woman's name. We had the dispatcher from that county say the address did not exist on their board so they sent a deputy out to check it out. He called us and related the same. The mopes denied it was their vehicle and denied any knowledge of the trap. Oh, and all the cash they had saved it up as they were going to buy a car. So of course felony review rejected pursuing this as they said it's quite possible the vehicle could belong to somebody else and these poor boys had no knowledge that it had a trap. They refused any further help. So there were some traffic & misdemeanor charges, a tow and cash inventory. So the point is why waste your time dealing with the CCSA office. I am sure another County would have a much better approach.

Rahm gave us Kim, by virtue of his hacking of the McDonald tapes. Remember that it was a no-charge, much like Rialmo from the State's Attorney. In both cases, the little jerk from Wilmette played politics and dumped each of the lady DA's and voile!, both decisions were turned on their rears and Rahm can waltz into a third term and the city's taxpayers (you and I) can foot the bill for settlements while the cops are scapegoated in every way imaginable.

It's time for all of us to start dumping our Rahm dirt. Retiree healthcare is huge, and that little jerk just shat on all of us. Then, he pulled what he did two weeks ago and into this week with the dropping of the suit, and then pushing COPA to hang Rialmo dry. Screw this little asshole. It's time for everyone to turn their backs on him once and for all. Oh, and for the guys on his detail, you do know the dirt. So, dump it. This fucker belongs in prison.

Trust in the efficacy of the application of law, in this city and county, is akin to building on a foundation of baked horseshit.....

The feral will do what is their nature to do.....until they are dead.

Whether death comes to them via self defense by their intended prey, competition between feral this one and feral that one, too few chicken wings and too many putting dibs on same, or the all too rare "natural" causes, full measure is the only effective means to reduce the quantity of the feral.

When the not feral find themselves in the vicinity of full measure events, either find cover, put distance, or apply full measure.....

There is no effective purpose in looking to the current impotency which masquerades as the rule of law for full measure.

You are correct. The problem is....the S/A's office doesn't need to follow the law. According to the S/A Office, laws are just recommendations and the charging will go along with whatever is politically correct or is able to gain the most votes. Charging of everyone would never happen

Anybody who’s ever dealt with the joke that’s called felony review, knows damn well that no felony charges would’ve been approved in this case. If those 3 guns were found laying around the room, and not in anybody’s actual possession, no charges approved. Unless somebody admits possession of said guns, no charges. Hell, even if a gun was found on one of those mopes you’d be lucky to get charges without offender statements, video, etc etc.

The laws in Cook County confuse me. There are many people who do not get charged at all for either violent crimes or gun crimes But then if you spend a day in Cook County you see shoplifters, people stealing food, etc. getting jammed up. So 10 adults in a hotel room squeezing off rounds and not one adult is charged? How the fuck is that even possible? Makes zero fucking sense. But let me get caught with weed on me, I could lose my job, go to County and get the high bond these assholes will not get This is bullshit. For real.

Because foxx emboldened these thugs and brought her revolving door policy and her refusal to charge felonies accordingly!
Shoplifters now need to have stolen +$1000 of merchandise or have TEN convictions for a felony charge.
Last month an officer on my watch had an arrest with 12 shoplifting convictions.
REJECTED!!!
And that’s just shoplifters!

I think that FOP should initiate a process where PO can call up a phone number or sent FOP a email and detail the Cook County States Attorney refusal to approve charges on cases such as this. Then FOP can have a press release every week and inform the public on the FAILURES of the States Attorneys Office to charge persons who have committed crimes. this press release should include the names of the Asst States Attorney who refused charging and the reason given as to why no charges were approved. I would go one step further and give these press releases to the BLACK AND HISPANIC NIEGBORHOOD NEWS PAPERS SO THEY CAN PUT HEAT ON FOX. Like suspicion of DUI and road side Breathalyzer testing, there should be Gun Shot Residue tests conducted on suspects for all Shots Fired responses. Especially when a firearm is recovered. Moot point since there’s no longer crime prosecution and IL DUI is about to be rewritten to reflect the modern diversity inclusive diversity tolerance movement.
So all those peace marches, Phfaker Sabina baby momma reunions and the anti violence groups still don’t have a lobby like MADD.
I wonder why. All Talk No Action.
Jugghead Special Ed still adamantly insists it’s disrespectful polices (some) and “illegal guns’s” are the problem, not the repeat possessing user.
Asshhole liar.

I’m sure the recovered hotel firearms were not handled by responding beat cars and now still awaiting print analysis, but lickety split forensics results are not necessary, all those KimmJongFxxx misdemeanors will be tossed out by next week and no felony is pending.
Ten upcoming COPRA appointments for one incident, looks like 2018 is going find folks in a backlog.
