Command Changes

From last week:
  • Brendan Deenihan - Deputy Chief Bureau of Detectives
Ed Wodnicki, Commander of Area Central,
Dan O’Shea Commander of 018th Dist
Keith Milmine, Executive Officer of 006th Dist.
We saw barely a mention of these moves.

Surprised you did not know this SCC. It happened on Wednesday. I heard one Capt. was sending emails all week to the district he knew he was going to as the new district commander. When he received the gold star, he asked if he could take the rest of the week off. Instead of jumping in to lead the troops, he already bailed.

Ed W Sr called Hillard dummer then a box of rocks in the 90', he was the Dep. Supt of Investigative services, Hillard demoted him to D/C. Ed retired. Sr was golden and was a real legend of the CPD. May he live to be 120. Little Richie knew he made a big mistake making Hillard the supt. Good old Terry started the down trend of CPD. A closet hater who thought he had a clue. It was a welcome sight when Phil took over.
All these shit with CPD haters would not of taken off the ground if RJD remained the mayor.
Rahm and his two minions McC and the walking fool Jones have destroyed CPD. Rahm is too stupid of even allowing Fat Ed to remain in the spot for a month.
Jody and Phil never went out of their way to lujack a copper. Jody saved many a copper' job and the troops hated him because he was former FBI. Coppers really think the bureau guys go on witch hunts for coppers., Total bull shit.

He called LeRoy Martin, not Hillard, dumber than a box of rocks after LeRoy promoted him first to Chief of Detectives and then to Deputy Superintendent of Investigative Services. (OT) Liberalism is definitely a mental disorder without any doubt! so the suntimes does a story against the police in the last couple of days about coppers CPD who have killed vicious dogs and of course Eddie Burke finance committee chairman has approved astronomical payments to the thugs who own these animals! (Yes same guy who says nothing when police retiree health care was taken away by the ballerina, and says nothing about CPD underfunded pension funds)

now we have this:
Chicago police to get power to break car windows to free trapped animals

http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/politics/ct-met-police-dogs-in-cars-20180326-story.html

Wow:
Chicago aldermen are taking steps to make it clear police officers have the authority to break a car window to free a dog or other animal trapped inside on a hot or cold day.

The City Council Finance Committee on Monday recommended approval of an ordinance spelling out that cops and animal control officers are entitled to shatter the glass if they can’t locate the owner or find another way into a parked car where an animal could be suffering. There’s already a state law to that effect, but city officials said they needed clear municipal language on the books in case a motorist sues for damages.

Ald. Gilbert Villegas, 36th, introduced the plan last summer to give citizens the power to break a car window to get an animal out without fear of prosecution and to fine pet owners who left dogs in cars. That stronger language got stripped out, however, and the version the City Council will consider Wednesday contains only the narrower provision.

Noted animal lover Ald. Raymond Lopez said he might try again to pass an ordinance expanding the power to regular Chicagoans.

“Even though the law says I have to wait for police and animal care, if I see a dog in a car dying, I’m going to break the window myself,” said Lopez, 15th.

“We see this constantly, we see this in all the neighborhoods when people think it’s OK to just go running to the store right quick and leave the dog in the back seat,” Lopez said. “A car’s temperature can change dramatically, particularly in the summer when the windows are closed. That’s an additional 20 degrees hotter.”

Lopez said other states already have laws on the books protecting people who break car windows to free animals in high heat.

>>this is hilarious so Ray "skycap" will break into a vehicle! this would be a great defense brought to you by the stupid minds of Chicago elected idiots old boy will say after your on scene and he is taking shit from the vehicle "office there be a dog/mouse/cat/whatever in there I broke dis windows to gets him out,and then i figure i take from this here car stuf so it dont be to hot"

Wasn’t he promoted with the tact team from
11 where they all made it within a class or two of each other. When he made lieutenant he went to days in 11 for two days and became the tact lieutenant. Shortly after he went to homan sq as a lt in narcotics where his genus was recognized and he was promoted to captain, brought him straight back. Went to 6 as a captain, there longer than I expected and now he’s a commander. His one brother is an alderman I believe, other was chief of staff for Quinn while he was governor. Heavily dialed in with the national dnc. I’m sure he was crying when Hilary lost, would have been a commander sooner. Amazing how tight the power structure is. Now go out and get some isr’s!

Jones caused and fucked about 500% more coppers then Jody would never think of doing. Enough with the Cozzi bull shit already. He tuned up a bum in a hospital in living color. Cozzi is not the patron saint of a copper that got screwed. Copper' under the thumb of Jones are screwed and stripped everyday by trying to keep alive doing their job by Rahm' lackey. If it were not for the great SCC, one would think Jones had an honorable bone in him. Jones is an over paid fraud.

Jones never meet a Reverend or black politician he could not squeeze his head in their asses. He is the fake priest biggest fan. There is always a hug fest between these two mutts.

Jody gets marched on by the troops and the troops are just plain ass scared of mumbles Jones. Go figure. The stars he stripped from copper' for bull shit can fill a metal 4 drawer file cabinet. O'Shea? Really the guy never worked in patrol. At this point it's just comical!

Uhhh....Except for the 2 years he just spent in 006?????

3/27/2018 06:43:00 AM

Right, I amend my statement.....except for the last two years.........he has never worked in patrol.

O'Shea, you should be ashamed...of course, he's not. How about when he was made merit Lt and went straight to a tact team as a Lt!!!
He spent just enough time there until he could make his move back to narcotics. He should choke on all of those apple bites at this point.

Ed Wodnicki Sr was the tact Lt in 011, never in 014. Sure he liked Hanhardt...most working cops did back then. Was the best Tact Lt I ever worked for.

Oh Lord, get off your knees already. I wonder if he liked the roses you probably sent.

Doesn't hurt his brother works for Rauner, either.

“Jody and Phil never went out of their way to lujack a copper. Jody saved many a copper' job and the troops hated him because he was former FBI”

You need to lay off the cough syrup. Weiss was the architect in sending Bill Cozzi to the Fedral Penitenary for bitchslapping a mouthy shitbird. That and his being f’ng clueless and newsflash Cha Chi, Runt Daley’s Malfeasance was the catalyst for the current climate today.

I worked for O’Shea in 011 ..... Honestly can’t say a bad thing about him while he was there .... The man was our LT. and was with us working everyday locking up the fine citizens of 011 .... I’ve always respected a man who would go to battle at your side rather from behind.... I can’t speak of him before or after since I wasn’t there ....
