Another EEOC Complaint?

This time out of Homan Square. And involving some very connected individuals.

Rahm is currently taking the heat for the CPS child rape factory running full steam under his watch. Let's see if he steps up to  take responsibility for his handpicked "meri-clout-orious"supervisory ranks fucking up once again and potentially costing taxpayers untold millions. Again.

At this rate, he won't have to worry about Quinn's Term Limit Petition.

Rahm moved the CPS scandal off the front page of the news.

Elon Musk and his fortune (which laid off 3500
Workers today) are volunteering to build the O’Hare express! Everything is good again in Rahm world!

Add to it the EEOC Beef that two cry baby Tact guys from 014 filed because they were dumped from the tact team. They cried that it was "as punishment" for not bringing in numbers and refusing to back up their teammates. Yea, that what happens when you don't want to do tact work. The Commander removes you from the tact team.

Speaking of Rahm, an interesting article by political columnist Russ Stewart predicting the Mayoral is going to come down to Rahm & Lightfoot. Pretty frightening huh! See: russstewart.com 13Jun18 in the Analysis & Opinion.

He will spin this to make it look like the greedy police are trying to take advantage of the poor taxpayer again. Remember the police are the problem and he is going to fix them for good with next contract. Be careful what you wish for.

Rumor has it all future merit promotions will be taken away from CPD personnel and all merit picks will only be allowed to be forwarded by an Alderman. Every Alderman will be allowed up to 8 per year plus one more wild card fast track jumper of two levels. This would put another $150,000-250,000 in each Aldermen's pocket next year. Elections are expensive.

I totally agree. Yesterday the tame reporters asked him about Madigan, not one question about CPS. He should be harassed daily about CPS but he apologized last week and blamed loopholes in the state law so the "crisis" is now old news

The old "Chicago shuffle" guess this is more important to rahm than "the children" being raped and sexually assaulted under his watch
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/politics/ct-met-ohare-high-speed-transit-elon-musk-boring-company-20180613-story.html

Excerpt:In choosing Boring, Emanuel and senior City Hall officials are counting on Musk’s highly touted but still unproven tunneling technology over the more traditional high-speed rail option that until recently had been envisioned as the answer to speeding up the commute between the city’s central business district and one of the world’s busiest airports.

*Unproven technology, great rahm will allow Musk whose company Tesla is failing, to dig underground, gee rahm wtf does "unproven" mean to you? Will buildings fall, will the city crack and cause huge sinkholes?

And of course the "money shot" for rahm:
Valor Equity Partners founder Antonio Gracias, whose Chicago-based firm has invested in Musk’s SpaceX, met with Emanuel in his office 32 stories above Michigan Avenue and a week later contributed the then-maximum $5,600 to the mayor’s campaign. Gracias told the Tribune the contribution was not connected to the lunch and the meeting’s purpose was general and not to discuss Boring.

Gracias, who with his wife has given $72,700 to the mayor’s campaign, told the Tribune then that he’s not an investor in Boring and that his “sole motivation was to help (Emanuel) with ideas to improve Chicago.”

*Bam boom again and again rahm needs "hot money" and is getting the payoffs. But then in the story if built it will be a long term lease, you know like the parking meter and sky-way fiasco, where the smart people who took it over will pay it off quickly and make billions, while the taxpayers get the shaft again!

For this effort I am awarding Rahm 10 Pinocchio, and a wedding dress, plus more ballerina dancing lessons!

Imagine how lazy you have to be. How can you complain when you're at the absolute bottom. I can count on one hand the number of officers dumped off of tact over the last ten years. Why do you want to go back on a team you did no work for, and doesn't want you?

I saw it too. My takeaway is that Garry needs to stay in just long enough to dirty up Rahm more, then drop out toward the fall to give it to Vallas. Pretty pathetic Mayor we have when he is predicted to get 37% of the vote. Not sure why he'd even want to run again, except that he has big money to make for big contributors.

You can also flame me all you want, but I will vote for Lightfoot over the Dwarf. She'll have to learn the game and will never be able to build up the alliance that the Dwarf has, so she'll be a one and done, paving the way for someone in the middle to come in and start it all over, re-establishing the city to its once great status.

Everybody sees an opportunity to get some offer of backpay promotion, now that Rahm is backed up on the ropes.
Hoping for an easy and fast settlement process.

And speaking of the CPS...
Why doesn’t Rahm conjure up a lickety-split civilian oversight board for CPS?
Why is he just relying on the CPS inspector general to investigate their own?
Silent is the CTU.

maybe so, but a long simmering argument is that the mission of district tact teams should be changed and they should be working on crime patterns and stop all of these street stops for drug sales. Many of the tact teams should be in uniform in those unmarked cars. They aren't fooling anyone.

Getting dumped for lack of activity should be seen as an accomplishment nowadays, especially from a team that was already losing people left and right. Those "crybabies" were replaced with 2-3 year wonders who specialize in TVBs and cannabis "citations." Hunting for numbers is a good way to get fired and indicted. Enjoy your lawsuits while the crybabies coast into retirement.

The new department. Fking whiny rats every where. Many years ago there would be only one person known throughout the whole department as "the one who filed a lawsuit, watch out for him/her". Back then you would be embarrassed to file a lawsuit, you just took it like a man and solved the problem old school way. Now there are more lawsuits filed BY police officers than there are ON police officers. The new department blows in every way.
