Hey Lori, start requiring all exempts to pass a FBI background. I’m not talking about the simple background of whether someone is caught up on a wire or in a current investigation. Have them do a full top secret background on them. If they don’t want to be processed they don’t have to. They can just turn down the gold star offer.
