More Felony Murder Charges
- Teens from Chicago charged with murder after a 14-year-old was shot and killed by a homeowner with a gun told investigators they were in Lake County to commit burglaries and had stolen vehicles in the past, law enforcement officials said Wednesday.
Five Chicago teens, including four juveniles charged as adults, face charges after the fatal shooting at the home of a 75-year-old licensed gun owner who heard people on his property after 1 a.m. Tuesday and thought they were trying to steal his Audi, according to authorities.
Illinois law allows for authorities to charge suspects with murder if someone dies during the commission of another serious crime.
The contrast between this and Crimesha's and Toni's "restorative justice" couldn't be more plain and we have to say, we like what we see. Sadly, the media, even in Lake County is already agitating for a change in the Felony Murder rule because these poor scamps, who had already stolen the car they arrived in, which (by the way) was filled with the proceeds from an unknown number of other burglaries, were just about to turn their lives around, were probably altar boys at Sabina's, and were actually on their way to patent a cure for cancer they had just discovered.

What got me was watching the Deputy Sergeant saying that there was a loss of life and "anytime there is a loss of life it is a tragedy."
No, its not. The citizen that capped that kid did the world a HUGE favor. Hundreds of crimes that will not occur. Millions of dollars that will not be spent on prosecution or incarceration. And probably some innocent lives are saved.

One of the people actually got a garage opener from the car, went in the garage, went through the inside door and into the house and stole a purse. A credit card in the purse was used way the fuck out at 300 Garfield with pretty decent camera shots of the innocent angels and guess what, the car they were driving too was stolen from Tinley Park. That car and crew were again, spotted in another suburb, Alsip I believe and tried to hit one of their cops. The media just don’t grasp that these aren’t your average 14/15yr olds. They are straight hood rats with no respect for anyone, no morals, absolutely zero discipline from their parents and not a care in the world.

What is particularly disturbing is that State Representative Kelly Cassidy )D-14th) has decried the application of the felony murder rule in the Lake County case. This speaks volumes. Cassidy is one of Pritzker's "Restorative Justice and Safe Communities" committee members.
Cassidy, a Florida native and a high school graduate, was appointed to the Illinois General Assembly when her immediate predecessor (Harry Osterman) left the legislature for an aldermanic seat in the Chicago City Council. She is an absolutely nobody who has been empowered to do the heavy lifting for the Democrats every step of the way. Cassidy has held a succession of patronage jobs for the State's Attorney and, sometimes, the Sheriff.
Cassidy is a proponent of much of the extreme legislation that has tainted Illinois in recent legislative sessions. She sponsored the radical expansion of abortion rights in Illinois, higher taxes and the decrimimalization of marijuana, including the expungement of prior arrest records, of recreational marijuana users. Oh, by the way, Cassidy's lesbian spouse just happened to be hired by a big cannabis company immediately afterwards and Cassidy says it is not a conflict of interest.
Cassidy's public service is another example of a nomadic grifters who choose to relocate to Illinois to enter politics to reap the rewards and exploit the opportunities in a manner that imposes misery upon native Illinoisans and has many packing their bags to flee.
This was caused by Kim Foxx, Tim Evans and this f_cking morons at Juvenile Court. How many people are going to die as this continues. They have blood on their hands.

I am not a police officer, and I am a Lake County resident. I wasn't a fan of States Attorney Nerheim, but I'm sure as hell warming up to him.
One of the defining features of the Lake County courts is that they tend to convict people who commit crimes.

I would have given anything to see the looks on the faces of the felons when they pulled up next to the Gurnee Officers asking for help. They must have thought the cops would call an ambulance, hold their hands, tell them they understand they were oppressed from birth and that everything would be OK. There must be a huge clan of them out there. I've seen the name Turnipseed on many arrest reports, and many more case reports.
The IL General Assembly will change the law and make it retroactive so they get released and have the option to sue Lake County States Atty. If that doesn’t happen Kwame will get involved.
Did you see the quick draw video of the Colorado Springs Copper putting down a local Thug? It was as if his partner yelled "Pull". The Coppers are already back on duty. Thankfully, Crimesha doesn't live here.

I'm a CCSO deputy and I'm moving to Lake County (Grays Lake) within a year or less with me, the wife , her sister and her parents to get a nice big home and take care of them as they get older. My sister and rest of the family once retired are getting out of shitcago too, probably DuPage county.
This place can rot in hell and so can everyone that defends these pieces of garbage If you love garbage so much, then have it all.
I can't wait to get the hell out.
Once there I will hopefully switch over to DuPage county Sheriff's Office and never look back.
Those of you near retirement in the CPD; hang in there, you're almost at the end. For those of you just starting out - get out asap. Being a CPD officer should easily get you a job in a sane department and city without any issue.

The state of Illinois gives crime VICTIMS 7,500.00 for funeral expenses if they say they need it. The ghetto undertakers are already dealing with the alleged families putting said victim in bare wooden boxes and putting them in “paupers field”. You know the one.
