He's exposing cops to monetary judgements and taxpayers to one Hell of an EEOC beef at some point. Perhaps he needs to be moved to somewhere he doesn't have contact with actual human beings, seeing as he can't relate to them.

Cops in 007 will not do anything about Rod and that's a fact. Go to your immediate supervisor and have them pull a number...but you better have documentation to back it up. My suggestion? Keep copious notes - date/time/location of said offending behavior, any witnesses present, video, audio, etc.

This idiot had bragged to other people that he is personally responsible for tact guys and officers on the watch from leaving and pursuing other units and districts. When he gets word about someone trying to leave he immediately blocks the officer and Sgt’s from leaving his district by crying to Chief Waller about his manpower. This guy is the biggest mistake of a gold star I have ever seen in this department. I wish the I.G. or mayor would look into him for putting up fixed posts to sit on his buildings that he owns in the district, not showing up to court after he forced vice to close down a gas station and illegally had the tact tram lock everyone on the property up for trespassing without the owner signing complaints. He is a complete moron with ZERO police knowledge.

The Traffic Statistical Stop Study is a Obama Grant that gives millions to the University of Chicago to sift through these stupid cards. Millions of dollars! How many years have they been collecting data. And what does the data say? That the CPD does not disproportionately stop black people. So I agree with him. If anyone is pulling over vehicles they should be writing tickets, not everyone deserves a ticket. But the reason for the stop should be because someone observed a violation, not because your boss wants blue cards. Blue cards are not police work or activity.
Someone file the complaint with a COPA Already against this asshole. Or file it with Monitor.
I think it’s easier to point out the “good” exempts than the bad exempts. Definitely will take less time.

The quota per the commander is 5 blue cards a day or there will be retribution. Again, they were dumb enough to put this in a text about the quota and if the quota is not met people will be punished. It would be a shame if one of those texts leaked.

If there is a bid opening in another district and you have the seniority to transfer to that district how can it be stopped by your commander. Copies of the requests are sent to FOP. How would another officer with less seniority get the transfer
