Happy Juicy Smollett Day
It was actually yesterday, but what the heck. And his lawyers have been awfully busy subpoenaing a certain disgraced supernintendo:
- Attorneys for actor Jussie Smollett have subpoenaed a slew of documents about the scandal that led to the ouster last month of Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson, including any paperwork showing he was “untruthful or misleading in any statement.”
The seemingly odd request indicates an apparent attempt to paint Johnson as untrustworthy as part of Smollett’s countersuit against the city’s attempt to collect overtime pay incurred by police during its investigation last year into the then-"Empire" actor’s claim that he had been beaten in a racist and homophobic attack.
Johnson was one of Smollett’s harshest critics, making several impassioned public comments accusing the actor of orchestrating a fake hate crime on himself last January.
It would be amusing if this subpoena suddenly revealed some of the machinations behind the Lie-tenant Testing Scandal and subsequent coverup by Special Ed, his command staff and the Inspector General's whitewash.

The Wod has supposedly been assigned to Unit 376 and just hit the medical. Besides him, three other Lieutenants have supposedly been stripped and are coming to 311. That's the rumor anyway. I wouldn't get my hopes up about it being linked to the Lie-Tenants cover up, if it's even true, and all 3 are stripped for the same thing. Stay tuned....
I came on in 1987 and Johnson is the worse Superintendent I have ever had the displeasure of serving under. What ever happened to all the transparency they speak of. I guess that only applies to the rank and file.

Whatever happened to the federal authorities? With United States mail worry planted that powder and sent it to himself why is he not being charged? Who is holding up this charging? Why is he even out of jail he should be in the federal penitentiary for what he did not be highlighted constantly.

A hoax, often of the racial variety, created by the supposed victim in order to obtain money and/or public notoriety and sympathy. Example: "Did you see that latest smollett? Some clown painted slurs on his own garage door and claimed he was a victim of racism, homophobia, sexism, or whatever." Synonym: "Tawana Brawley."

Chicago - Cook County are scrambling for an out of court settlement to keep those Foxxxxx-SpecialEd Texts, Emails and Phone Logs from being revealed. Including those from Joocie Swoilette between Fxxxxx, Tchen and Rahm.
And who’s paying those legal fees? Lots riding on that settlement and apparently Team Swollie was granted licensing to practice in IL.
Special prosecutor Webb hasn’t chimed in with any status, holding on until after the March Primary?

What does disgraced pervert Eddie Johnson's discretions have to do with Juicy's crimes? This is a complete travesty. Any judge of merit will never allow this shit show in their court. This city is such a joke!
They are clearly trying to leverage the city to settle with this bullshit. I would look to quash the subpoena insofar as it requests anything not directly dealing with the Sissy Smollett incident and I would seek a strong protective order in regards to any material produced. Anything leaks it Sissy's team gets sanctioned.
I have to assume the fix is in with Webb as there is no way this investigation should take this long given the known facts: 1. Sissy paid the brothers with a check; 2. Brothers on camera paying for rope etc; 3. Brothers admit Sissy paid them to do that (I assume they have given sworn statements to that effect). 4. Crimesha was in contact with Tchen and lied about recusal. 5. All charges are dropped in an unannounced hearing. First thing done is subpoena Crimesha's phone records and emails (personal and official) connect the dots...game over.
The two accomplices in the Smell-it case were on the news today stating that Jesse got just what he wanted. That would be a great sound bite for anyone running against Crimesha. She should be damned proud of herself!
