Victim Murdered - New York
A few weeks or months ago, we touched on a bad idea from the east coast providing names and addresses of crime victims to defense attorneys. We predicted that (along with the no cash bail idea) this would "dissuade" victims from testifying at court.
- In October 2018, Wilmer Maldonado Rodriguez stepped in to protect two boys who were being threatened by members of the MS-13 gang on Long Island, officials said. In return, the gang members stabbed Mr. Rodriguez repeatedly and hit him in the head with a bat.
Despite the vicious assault, Mr. Rodriguez agreed to testify against the gang members, who were charged with assault and witness intimidation as a result of the attack, officials said.
On Sunday, Mr. Rodriguez was found beaten to death outside a home in New Cassel, N.Y., and on Wednesday, his killing became a new flash point in the debate over criminal justice changes enacted by the New York State Legislature in 2019 at the urging of progressive lawmakers.
In the thirty-six hours since this article appeared, many political animals - from district attorneys to police commissioners to defense attorney associations to state senators - have all loudly proclaimed this murder has "nothing to do with" a victim (willing to testify) being slaughtered.
Curiously missing from the discussion and article are cops. You know, the professionals who investigate the crime, develop and collect evidence, present the case to prosecutors. You'd think they might have some insight into a subculture that has been described as a "terrorist" organization and has a nasty habit (imported from El Salvador) of killing anyone who happens to witness their crimes.
This is the Crimesha's end game, her and every "progressive" elected.

So witnesses stop calling the cops, stop helping at all and the criminals become more arrogant than ever. It was bad enough before with people not seeing or hearing a thing and not wanting to get involved. But now it will get much worse. Brilliant move. The people that support this are nothing but criminals themselves. Of course DeBlowhole and the other useless politicians are well protected so who cares about average folks becoming victims. When crime takes off that useless corrupt, Frankenstein looking mayor will find someone else to blame. And he and the rest of their type will move on and keep getting richer.
And look at who might become mayor next time in NYC. God help them. He's a black man and a 100 percent racist hater. Tech advances, good economy but lack of morals and other progressive beliefs continue to destroy the country from the inside out. Just wait for the riots when Trump wins reelection. All hell will break loose for sure.

The TV program “Blue Bloods” just had an episode on this very subject, where the prosecutor was required to give all of the victim’s and witnesses’ contact info to the defense attorney. Within 24 hours the victim was in the hospital, badly beaten by the perp’s brother. The defense attorney insisted that had nothing to do with her giving all of the contact info to her client, as though the perp’s brother just randomly chose his brother’s victim when he decided to attempt to murder someone.
What on earth is going on in the heads of these “Progressives?” Do they truly not see how ridiculous and destructive their policies are? Or is that actually the point?
NY is a national embarrassment. We can only hope that when it comes here the politicians are paying attention to the mistakes going on out there, But I doubt it.
They will deny the truth to the end.....and beyond.
Bad example, SCC. Those defendants knew damn well it was the victim the beat and stabbed that was the main witness against them...nothing has come back on the defense attorneys as far as revealing any court witness info.
Who else was going to come into court and tell what they did, except for the victim?
Maybe the prosecutor's office could have taken the victim into some kind of relo/protective custody, but there was nothing that would have stopped those gang members from going after their victim to silence him. This kind of thing has been playing out for many years, well before now.

I wouldn't just go out and count the Trump eggs before they hatch. By no means is a re-election in the bag for this president. 9 months is a long way away, and I have no doubt that he'll find yet another way to shoot himself in the foot well before then.
In actuality, if criminals are just being released, why don't we just go out and kill off these scumbags to help society. Just a thought.

The excuse they are all using is that the judge had the ability to keep his info private but went ahead and gave it to the defense anyway. In other NYC news, you get your phone snatched out of your hands, perp gets caught, do you want to press charges and give the perp Allen your info or do you just want your phone back and continue on your way. Stuff like this is happening all over the place right now. The District Attorney’s (we get along with ours) are basically telling us not to bother because their hands are tied. We have kool air drinking bosses that at first stated we are just going to enforce the law like we always did and let the DA decide what to do are now telling us to basically only make arrests if completely necessary. Crime stats are gonna make it look like the city is safer than ever.

So..…..what happens when the crime victim is one of the Democratic elites? Does this new law still allow victim information to be given out? Has that happened already? Or when it's one of the "chosen ones" a different set of rules apply?

When I was retired about five years I got served with a cook county subpoena at my way far west suburban home. The case was a homicide that I did the paper on and could not remember, two or three years earlier. The other officer on the paper retired and moved to parts unk. I showed up at 26-cal, and found out that I was the only witness that they could locate. The subpoena had my home address on it, which made me feel really great. The states attorneys made me feel even better by not allowing me into their office, I had to sit in the floor law library. Never got a thank you or an offer for cab or bus fare that they automatically give to victims and witnesses. If you bother to vote, would you vote for those assholes?

It has happened here in Chicago as well, this past summer a witness who testified was murdered.
Criminals protecting criminals. When the majority of voters can’t think for themselves, the liberal educational system and media will do it for them so they can get back to their social media and watching idiotic videos.

Similar thing happened near my brother's house..He lives in the burbs.
His neighbor worked security. He saw the thieves and was going to testify in court. Rumor has it, the 'Amish' offered 25,000 to keep quiet. He didn't.
The day he was going to testify, while getting in his car, he was shot to death. His vehicle was filled with bullet holes. So was he. Guy died.

This guy went beyond to help out the prosecution for a year and a half, showing up for all the hearings, continuances and defense stalling.

Attorneys that hand over witness details to a defendant without a damn good reason for doing so should be disbarred and charged as accessories to whatever crimes are committed against the witnesses. And the witnesses's (aka new victim) families should be apprised of all the defense lawyer's particulars in case they want to discuss the disclosure further.
I knew that some attorneys were about as unethical and sleazy as one could be but even this is kind of a shocker.

With the economy at all time highs, stock market rising Trump will go down as the greatest President in history,and maybe after the next election honest, conservative people that like a lawful society will band together to stop the democrats who are a menace to this country! Well on the other side is Biden, Pocahontas, Bernie, Buttplug, and a few more misc nothings. Biden is the most centered candidate they have and he seems to have a few problems these days. What a corrupt, arrogant ass he is. Can't see him beating Trump. Middle of the road dems are more likely to vote for Trump than a far left type like Pocahantas Warren or Bernie (let's now tax the billionaires now that I'm a millionaire). According to their campaign 25 percent of rally attendees are Democrats or independents. But I agree it's not in the bag, if dems can find a way to cheat they will. And they love to cheat as much as they love to whine and cry when they don't get their way.
Just the outcome they hoped for when they passed the law. Fewer people of color in jail since all the witnesses will be killed or intimidated. Makes total sense to the Democratic mind. What could go wrong?
It all starts with the lawyers that get these things passed. The lawyers are the original criminals. A dead lawyer is a good start.
