Beck said that ticketing and jailing were the last two options in his first speech to the new media. Playing basketball with unknown or known individuals is like playing Russian roulette. What the Mayor and Superintendent’s order demonstrates are the crystal clear inequities caused by the idiocy of governing with two sets of rules. Rules that are increasingly dividing our society into two groups: law abiding people who are expected to pay for everything and get nothing in return, and illegals and free shit army losers who demand for free, and get, what people typically have to work for. In other words, they are rewarded for being useless human beings who contribute not only nothing to society, but incur huge social costs because of their stupidity, criminal behavior, etc. The letter from the FOP is correct in noting that these policies, which appear to be taking root nationwide, defy common sense, something SJW politicians do not seem to possess. And by their own SJW definition can be considered discrimination against a group of people.
This pandemic has made clear that Sanctuary City governments have utterly failed their tax paying law-abiding citizens by not being prepared for this health crisis in any way, shape, or form. They have persistently funneled tax dollars into their Utopian social vision rather than basic necessities required to keep a citizenry safe and functioning smoothly in times of trouble. An earned benefit that we deserve through our obedience to the law. This is the one time that citizens who have been taxed and taxed and taxed and taxed some more could have been compensated for those tax dollars, and what did we get? Pandemonium and authoritarian incompetence. This is unacceptable to me, and it should be unacceptable to anyone who is harmed by this lack of preparedness.
After the dust settles on this, there will be a reckoning. AND an election. MAGA.

I watched the evening news the other night and saw the General who is leading the FEMA effort for hospital bed locations. Now that guy sounds like he knows what he is doing . The police have been trying to do their job for years while the vastly idiotic and naive public followed all the progressive communist pied pipers playing the tunes of "hope and change", "social justice", and "reform". They demonized the law and law enforcement for decades and John Q. Public ate it hook, line, and sinker. We took an oath to uphold the constitution, not enforce mayoral dictates with no force of law. I will not violate the constitutional rights of citizens by subjecting them to house arrest or threatening them for assembling peaceably. Even if you believe that “sheltering in place” or “social distancing” is wise, that does not make it a law and it certainly doesn’t make it constitutional. Remember your oath.
Police officers can handle this part on their own. We can decide not to arrest or ticket people for gathering in groups. Maybe the FOP should focus on more important shit. They've been silent on major issues affecting this department and their officers, but now they release some stupid announcement about this shit? Pointless and ridiculous.
If I was arrested or ticketed I would not sue the poor cop. He is only following orders, I would sue the Mayor. After all she imposed the order.

Kennedy and Gorgeous (see what i did there?) got their girl Stevens into the commander spot in 018. They took care of her her entire career. Her Daddy was an exempt, just like Kennedys. Smart girl and I heard she was the one that planned Police funerals (whomever it was did a great job)... Where did she work the street?
Wait until they get their boy Seamus Mannion (sp?) into a higher spot. Again, probably a smart guy, but I never met him. Where did he work the street? Dont say at TRU. If people pass the tests, like Stevens, good for them and they deserve the promotion. It's getting further advanced into spots that are not testable where shit starts to go south.

False. Avoid enforcing it as best you can, but it is a law on the books. Unfortunately it is highly possible that at some point a situation may result in a supervisor ordering it’s enforcement. At that point you are stuck. Of course the usual characters will cry that it is enforced with racial bias, but that’s a different argument altogether.

Have you read the department email about childcare for 1st responders? Well of course the city locks in a deal with Sittercity, the worst reviews in YELP ever seen! Makes one wonder what political connections this business has to be the ONLY option.
Oh and this, CIT officers will be guarding hotels and McCormick Place of hundreds, if not thousands, of Covid-19, or to be PC and not say Covid-19 or Coronavirus on the air, hundreds or thousands of “respiratory distressed” patients. The officers are to be inside the sites and use PPE only when needed. Expect what happened on the cruise ships and now officers will be working in the site of known positive patients without a hospital grade filter, biohazard decontamination cleaning crew, and without hospital protective equipment. Medical personnel are in PPE from head to toe for the drive thru checks of possible Covid-19 exposures, but in these hotels and in McCormick place will be hundreds to thousands of actively symptomatic people.
Word from the 5th floor Mayor was very happy to get letter as she was running short of toilet paper. Very weakly wordedicated. You needed to tell NO WE WILL NOT DO THIS IT IS ILLEGAL. In his most recent Slum Times article by Spielman, how many times was he quoted as using the word "Frickin"? Very presidential on his part. Graham might have his faults, but JC is a ham and egger. I heard the FOP Election Committee has decided to delay the counting of the ballots until late Apr. or early May. Where are the election ballots going to be held until the count and by whom? I am sure all parties involved would like the process resolved as soon as possible, but delaying the ballot count does at the very least raise issues regarding transparency. It is not fruitful for the process to appear to be clouded by some form of veiled secrecy.
When you say "The Fighting 019" does that include pillow fights?
