Why isn’t this policy followed by CPD , it’s from CDPH

It is just her strategy to eliminate them. It is called reverse psychology. If we think she enjoys them, why would we continue to give her a chuckle. With her huge ego, these memes piss her off to no end. Keep them coming!
I honestly don’t think she’s a “hater” of white people, but she’s like any other privileged upper middle class, elitist liberal (white or black) with a law degree: out of touch with working class issues, out of touch with the concept and power of self-awareness & personal accountability (her haircut response speaks volumes), self-righteous to the point of never being able to see another point of view thus rendering her problem solving abilities as limited. She does have the air that any liberal has to automatically buy into and that is the never ending over-reaching racism that they claim exists in every facet of daily life. Without fail, never seeming to understand that they inflict more racial tension when they have the blanket argument: racism, racism, racism into every existing problem or issue. She just happens to be black, gay & a woman doing a shitty job as mayor. I could easily see any progressive white, liberal, straight man raised in Oak Park or Evanston doing the same shitty job she is doing. But let’s face it, that guy kinda hates white people too unless they happen to be other progressive white liberals.
