Not really, for every problem removed off the street , 4 or 5 problems are wounded . which cost US about $125, 000, in "free" health to patch up each of the problems that don't die. Plus many of the wounded problems immediately go on the free disabilty for life, which we pay out of Social Security.

Hey SCC, well they had another “accidental” shooting inside the forensic firearms lab today. How in the world the commander, Lt and Sgt’s inside that lab are not dumped is Beyond me. I live in a small town now. I don't get out much, I can't do crowds, I can't "do people" in general. Iraq made me a shut-in. Today, I just needed to get out.
My town has a bar. It is literally called, "The Bar". I went to that bar today to get carryout. No need. The place was filled with people partying.
When I walked in with my mask on, the entire place stared at me like I was a "turd in a punch bowl". I quickly lost the mask and they accepted me as one of their own. There was an old Nam vet at the bar, the man was on oxygen. He was REALLY enjoying his beers, he had been locked down for months and just said, "Fuck this". I sat at the bar and drank beer and ate wings for a few hours. It was awesome. I'm not a bar guy. But after today, I will go more often. It was just so damn.....normal. I forgot what it was like to be normal.

Sure that's a lot but how about little Birmingham, Alabama (209k people). I'm always amazed at how violent some of these smaller cities are. For it's size they do even better really, I mean per capita. 2019: 113 murders, (53.8/100,000). This year they just hit 101 with a projection of about 120 for the year.
And Biden/Ho don't care about that either and one can only expect it to get worse if they do take over. All the mass cheating that went on, and only the house trained media calling it, nothing is settled yet. That was so banana republic, the election not official and Biden giving his victory speech.
