We won’t if they allow mailin ballots for that election. Atlanta area will just dump in mailins until they get the winning numbers. Republicans will never have the White House or the senate again if mailins are permanent. There’s no signature verification and other checks with mailins. I can only speak for west but what constitutes a “outbreak”?
Currently there are about 7 total out of roughly 220 people assigned there. If the virus was so bad every single person should have gotten it’d since they forced all the officers to share an office that is 20 X25 ft and then canceled everyone’s days off and most worked the same hours. No amount of PPE could protect that but less than .04 percent of the officers in the unit got the virus.

Read an interview in either NYT or WSJ about absentee voting. More specifically, about adult-children of parents with dementia. Story quoted a middle-aged daughter of such a man with alzheimers/dementia. Article noted man was not mentally-competent to determine his so-called "vote", but his daughter was helpfully voting for him, that is, filling-out the ballot with her own vote-choices. Daughter stated, as I paraphrase: "dad was a life-long republican, but for this election, I chose to vote straight-ticket democrat". Wonder how many mail-in ballots were completed in just this manner, "Karens" and "folks for Biden" fraudulently "voting" on "behalf" of their parents, but actually voting twice for Biden.
I voted in Wisconsin, where there were 1) more completed ballots than registered voters; 2) poll workers "helpfully completed" incomplete and/or incorrectly completed mail-in ballots.
Voter-competency is a genuine issue. All voting should occur in-person, demonstrating what was intending by Constitution: one person, one vote, one body. No more dead people votes. No more voting twice, once via mail-in ballot, then via in-person vote. No more voting twice or three times, because poll workers are intentionally packing the vote tally box.
I'm an ivy-league college-educated professional, an independent voter who long voted for the "lesser bad candidate" who often was the democrat, and thoroughly disgusted but the shenanigans and outright fraud displayed in past two elections by DNC elite. No way did Biden win primary, "fair and square". Media news suppression, overt pandering to black voters, and outright lies by both omission and commission have forever destroyed credibility of our conventional news-outlets. Enormous degree of manipulation, overt bias, and heavy-handed censorship displayed by Facebook, Twitter, et al major internet sites can't be ignored, or tolerated. Question is whether "fly-over country", the Red States, patiently accept these fraudulent vote results, and let Biden/Harris be president, or do the state governments and the voters of the Red States rebel.
What about history of graft and petty criminality within Biden family, as evidenced in 47+ years of Biden's senate/fed tenure - does the Hunter laptop scandal simply vanish? How can the laptop scandal be ignored at Fed level, given degree of state-intelligence risk and blackmail manipulation-opportunity exposed on Bidens?
These are very uncertain times. Someone who only reads the Trib and SunTimes, and/or only reads NYT and WP, will have a very biased, and very censored viewpoint of "news". There are legit allegations of voter fraud, and given extremely-close vote margins, could easily flip election win to Trump afterall, with court and/or state legislation intervention, with Supreme Court intervention, which may yet occur. No way can Biden declare a "mandate". He barely dragged himself and Harris over media-perceived finish-line, with barely a majority of votes in the battleground states. Let the battle ensue, Antifa is coming, but two weeks later than expected. More street protests to occur, into Dec, possibly Jan.

It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional
mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.
This is where it gets good. The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans.and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place.
This is The law. This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen
