That's the pedestrian walkway in front of the building.
To the right (off camera) is City Hall.
There's plenty of video and POD cameras over that way.

I was just watching some anti police Jag off who has an Instagram account documenting these drift events. I gotta say the production quality is superb, but at the end of the day it’s traffic and you get what you vote for, and that is the third world.

You can’t chase. Good thing because you would probably crash. lol at CPD rules. No wonder they have no fear. If in the unlikely event they are caught they know nothing will happen. Probation if they actually happen to show up in court. What percentage are skipping court date? Why not bench trial tried in an abstention? Or automatic guilty plea if not in court on trial date. Of course that dose present the no chase problem all over again, you show, they run, you can’t chase. Rinse and repeat.

The other amazing thing about this photo is the lack of pedestrians in it. When they say foot traffic is at 85% of pre-pandemic levels who are they kidding?
