Procedural Plea
Pretty sure Crimesha will be gone by the time this goes to trial, which is a good thing.
- The man charged in connection with the murder of Chicago Police Officer Luis Huesca pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday.
Xavier Tate, 22, was charged with first-degree murder, aggravated vehicular hijacking and possession of a stolen firearm in the death of Huesca, who was shot and killed on April 21 while he was returning home from work in Gage Park.
Huesca was a six-year veteran of the Chicago Police Department. He was killed just two days before his 31st birthday.
Tate was arrested on May 1 after a multi-state manhunt. Police said they were able to find him in part because of video evidence collected from more than 90 locations after Huesca was killed. Detectives tracked Tate to a business where he bought a bottle of water using a relative's bank card.
Crimesha would have had him out on electronic monitoring weeks ago.

Anytime they do some thing as atrocious as this killing a police officer. The states attorney should have nothing to do with it. It should automatically go federal because the federal statue as we all know is much more severe. Take out the idiots at the states attorneys office that are clueless. If you think we are going to get a change with the new girl that has been elected who campaigned on law and order and then went and reneged on it, and said she was not going to be like that, because maybe the money got to her, but we will give her a chance see how the new girl, if she is the same as the old girl!
Unfortunately, no federal statute on homicide alone, unless you can prove it was committed as part of a RICO or VICAR investigation…
That was some kick butt police work.
Eileen Mary Grace Catherine will pick up where Crimesha leaves off……..Remember to vote D to assure your grandchildren can be aborted or transitioned.
Super Predator!
"He was using a relative's bank card"...I'm sure the relative was never charged with "aiding and abetting" a fugitive either...
I'm sure this relative knows way more about this crime...he should be made to sing. The feds wouldn't hesitate to pressure him, and turn him into a witness for the prosecution.

Know why? The relative is a woman. There you go. Unless you’re going to tell me in a straight face that women are held accountable for their crimes and bad behavior the same way men are.
