Terror Drones?
So were these stolen for domestic terrorism or for some foreign entanglement?
Someone stole 15 giant agricultural drones in New Jersey — and experts fear a “nightmare scenario” if they end up in the hands of terrorists.
The fleet of Ceres Air C31 drones, which are about the size of an ATV, were ripped off March 24 by a bogus delivery driver who duped shipping and logistics company CAC International in Harrison, according to The High Side substack.
A phony bill of lading was presented at the pick-up location for the drones which was bolstered by a fake confirmation email that CAC International took to be legitimate, the report stated.
The four-armed flyers can carry and spray up to 40 gallons of liquid chemicals, such as fertilizers and pesticides, and unleash the payload over a 15-acre span in just seven minutes.
The mind boggles at the possibilities here. And if you spend a serious amount of time at it, you'll drive yourself nuts.
Stock up on shotgun ammo at the very least - you can bet the Department won't even have an e-learning module about this.

Hmm take a look at some of the drone videos coming out of Ukraine for e-learning. Pretty bleak stuff.
Hopefully they weren’t acquired by Urban Moving Systems Inc.
Stadiums, downtown crowds, outdoor concerts, beaches, the list goes on and on... Scary shit.
You can bet that the people who went to this length to steal those drones weren’t your run of the mill thieves. These people scouted the place (maybe had someone on the inside), designed a phony email, and billing order. Wonder if they might be sent to a foreign country or to the highest bidder…
I hope the Feds are on this because these aren't regular thieves! Not good...
You're right. These weren't guys that want to take photo shots of the woods or a river, or buzz a neighborhood, scaring a few old ladies. There's some horrible plan in motion. Hope the FBI and HSI is elbow deep in investigating this.
7 minutes huh ? The mind boggles at dudes who’ve never served their country and don’t realize fighters scrambled from Scott could be here in 3 minutes . Fear not you may get your chance to play where the bullets are real one day in Tehran .
My friend Clem Fandango, says "I'll bet the sand people are noticing and taking notes"...
NJ is one of the most pro everybody but citizen states as well as the bluest. Some lame brain probably thinks their doing some blue cause a solid and facilitated the whole thing. Be interesting to see if these things are ever recovered. I doubt it, too busy protesting deportments.
A gallon of water is about eight pounds, times 40. That means this thing can be turned into a guide missile with a 320 pound warhead. If you want to see the FBI really freak just see what happens if there is a teft involving a large amount of explosives.
That took a LOT of planning, a lot of insider knowledge, and a lot of equipment to get and load these and transport them. This should be a big FED investigation, bc the possible usage of these to any US crowd situation would be a disaster. I would doubt that this is just for monetary sale.
Vary plausible
Hmmm ... state actors (ie other countries) then maybe ...
That is very likely.
URGENT beyond "urgent."
FIND THEM.
40 gallons of any foul-smelling liquid sprayed over a crowd would cause hysteria, killing hundreds and injuring thousands in the crush. (festival, sports event, concert).
That is actually an optimistic scenario. Not for those caught in the blast radius but that is contained. On the other hand these could be used to spread chem of bio over a crowded stadium. Far more catastrophic. Or how about the Chinese nationals arrested at University of Michigan for smuggling in a fungus that if spread could cause mass crop failures. Far more deadly and strategic that a single instance explosive.

Trucking Industry Urges Whole-of-Government Response to Stop Cargo Thieves
Cargo theft has skyrocketed by 1,500% since 2021, costing the supply chain $35 billion annually and raising prices for consumers
Washington – San Antonio trucking company owner and American Trucking Associations member Adam Blanchard was on Capitol Hill ...to testify before a Senate Commerce Subcommittee about rising incidents of cargo theft.
Senators on the subcommittee recently launched a hearing to investigate this proliferating criminal enterprise that is costing the supply chain up to $35 billion annually and raising consumer prices. Strategic theft has risen 1,500% since the first quarter of 2021, and the average value per theft is over $200,000. Blanchard’s business has been victimized multiple times by cargo thieves. He has also had to contend with complex identity scams by criminals impersonating his business to divert shipments and steal from other motor carriers.

Now consider how blue states absolutely INSIST on issuing ""non-domiciled" CDLs to just any no-speak-English character who comes to the door. "Name - not given." Really. Howling down the WRONG SIDE of the Interstate.
The Jackass Party is hollowing out this country from the inside - and manages always to position itself down some gated, HOA-guarded cul-de-sac, away from the falling debris...or so they think. Violent home invasions and burglaries are really picking up in these luxe areas - professional criminals from Chile on a 90-day tourist visa.
Post gettin long, more on this later. Thanks for everything SCC. God bless all here. Like old USA-ret combat engineer posted here, "We are many." Enough that the Jackass Party lost the election, running on a platform of "JOY" when we have pirates clambering over the gunwales with knives in their teeth...
3 minutes from St. Louis ? Nobody’s on a hot pad anymore general. And nobody is going to allow f16 s to shoot anything over a crowded city. You must have served in a mess kit repair battalion. Now go get your shine box. Dork
Last year I believe a large amount of explosives disappeared from a train out west .
40 pounds of anthrax sprayed above a World Cup Stadium would kill thousands
Or downtown street takeovers. Maybe CPD should try to acquire some.
Sounds like great retirement work for us.
We can all cautiously exhale now...
Feds hunt mystery drone thieves who swiped 15 sprayers that Army warned could be weaponized
The Ceres Air C31 drones were stolen from CAC International in Harrison on March 24 and recovered over a month later
Federal agents located and recovered 15 industrial drones capable of dispersing large amounts of liquid chemicals after they were stolen from a New Jersey company, according to officials.
Fifteen Ceres Air C31 industrial spray drones were stolen from CAC International, a logistics and shipping company in Harrison, New Jersey, on March 24, according to The High Side Substack, with one expert warning the theft could become a "nightmare scenario."
Homeland Security Investigations Newark said on Wednesday that the drones were recovered in Dover, New Jersey, over a month after they were stolen...the drones were recovered at Prudent Corporation, a trucking company that has a warehouse at the location.
Ceres systems are built with multiple layers of control, including secure activation protocols, remote lock capability, and separated battery logistics. Without proper authorization, these units cannot be operated," the company said.
"This situation highlights a broader reality in the drone industry. When systems are built and supported domestically, there is accountability. Our equipment is fully traceable through serial tracking and coordinated support networks, all of which exist within the USA. It doesn’t disappear, and it doesn’t operate outside of controlled channels. We build our systems in the United States so they can be tracked, secured, and supported here. That’s exactly what allowed this situation to be resolved quickly and without risk.

Great work recovering these!
Search on "trucking industry thefts diversions" and you will see a HUGE problem. At least as bad as thefts from railroads; inside guy gives over the manifests on container trains, and the bugs know just what train, car, and container to bust. Pull up a stolen 18' box truck to the embankment and buddies are tossing down flatscreen TVs, anything.
armed drones to respond to person with gun, active shooter calls. one verbal warning to drop weapon, then eliminate the threat.
