Brown's Chicken Trial
We followed some of the defense arguments with an amused eye:
- Even if the lab tech admitted to not wearing gloves while handling the half eaten chicken dinner that ties Juan Luna to the crime scene, we didn't hear anyone from the defense explain how the lab tech managed to get a hold of Luna's DNA with which to contaminate a food sample saved for over 10 years.
Frankly, Luna's confession ought to sink his entire defense. The only question that should be asked now is how high do they set the amperage on Ol' Sparky?

Nowadays the best defense is to smear the police. You gotta believe there's one or two liberals buying into the "police conspiracy theory." They won't hear anything else, see evidence for what it is, or use common sense when they deliberate. Their minds are made up by this point.
