Irony
Almost the exact definition of "irony" as found in the dictionary:
- A teenager was shot while he was reportedly handing out flyers for an anti-violence event.
The shooting happened shortly after 5 p.m. Friday at 67th Street and Blackstone.
Police say the 18-year old suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
We're speechless.

if your are talking about the shooting on 67th ans Blackstone he was not handing out any flyers, but was not the worst of the worst.
The dogs probably had a good laugh over this one. "Stop the violence!" Bang, bang.
Weiss said the recent shooting death of a woman during a card game in Calumet Heights was “a horrendous loss of life” and a perfect example of what can go wrong when there is a weapon in the home.

Next time I'm walking the street in our fair city and I'm approached by dude boy with a handout I will run while firing back across my shoulder.
Is it just my imagination or do most of the shootings and homicides occur on the Southside?
