Just because 011, 015 and 007 drop bodies by the ton doesn't mean they'll drop the first one of the year. Now if you pull 020 in the pool, you won't win, but any other district has a shot, even 017 and 016. The first homicide of the year is truly random.
Didn't 016 win it some years back.. Talk about a dark horse.....

With all the Suburbanites and tourists ripe for the picking it's difficult to imagine someone in 001 or 018 not being Number 1 of 2019.

No, what's demented is the low regard some people (and folks) have for human life by certain groups and, for some inexplicable reason, why they seem to turn on the only people (CPD) that stand between them and mass slaughter.
Remove the Police from the South and West Sides and there'll be more dead bodies in the street than bugs on a windshield during a cross country drive on I-80 in August.

I see ABC7 is back to their normal BS "reporting" after stating President Trump had "no evidence" stating the deaths of the two young children at the border was the fault of the Democrats. However, ABC& FAILED to make the statement when the Democrats stated it was Trumps fault for the children's death. A H's just being A H's because the are!!!! Great job AGAIN, ABC7.
