False Reports Again?
We thought False Reports were a thing of the past - un-prosecutable as it were:
- Prosecutors said a South Shore man admitted to police that he made at least 10 calls to 911 reporting that a police officer had been shot on duty because he liked watching police scramble to respond to his false calls.
In one call, authorities said he watched as police hurried to the scene of where he claimed a Chicago officer had been shot in the abdomen.
[...] King was arrested Friday night in the 7000 block of South Clyde Avenue, and he later was charged with a felony count of making a false police report.
Judge John Lyke Jr. ordered King, of the 7800 block of South Essex Avenue, held on $25,000 bail and electronic home monitoring if released.
One felony count of making a false report? Seems a bit light after at least ten calls. LEt's see how long it takes Crimesha to "Smell-it" this case.

Long time ago on the west side....they would always ask if a gun was involved in a domestic. Some would say yes, maybe or they didn’t know. They wanted the police to show up “ faster”.

Yesterday afternoon, about 8500 Jeffery going NB, I saw a sign on a tree saying Kimm Foxx is a Thief - "Thief" in big letters, small print on the rest of the sign. At first I was tempted to go read it, but then I said, nah it could be a trap, may get jacked or shot at for being "blue" or "blue-sympathetic". Also I was not of the dominant flavor of the area and wearing a trenchcoat, so I'd have been a big fat target.

Crimesha has learned her lesson - there's a lot less paperwork (and media attention) when dismissing 1 charge vs 16.
It's the Smollett Phenomenon.
Even though it is a crime, it is no big deal.
Defendant will get his own criminal defense attorney and said attorney will ask why his client is being treated differently than Smellit & demand the same dropping of charges and 16 hours of community service with Rev J Jackson. When that doesn’t happen the defense attorney sues Cook County. There’s blood in the water and the sharks are circling Crimesha.
Nothing to see here. Will get off with any time served or just released. Kim will step out of the way.

10 my ass, he's called in countless 10-1s over there for at LEAST some months.
But in Crook County, why would he suffer any real repercussions.
