Wasn't Felony Murder Bad?
We're pretty sure Crimesha wasn't charging this one any more. In fact, it was specifically singled out as "racist" and "overkill" and "related to COVID-19" or something a year ago:

Much like a hate crime this law only applies to certain races apparently.
Offender is white. It’s socially just to imprison white murderers. It’s not socially just to imprison black murderers, especially when a black murderer kills a black victim. Everyone knows that black people don’t want other black people in jail, even the dead black people drop the charges.
Question: Why is Foxx charging?
A. Needs felony convictions for upcoming elections.
B. The crime took place in a suburb that buys high property taxes.
C. The guy is white.
D. The guy is from out of state.
E. B, C, and D.

It seems like this Home Invasion has way more to it. I look at it like, OJ went to the Hotel room to get back "His Stuff" and one of the idiots who convinced him to do it shoots and kills someone the room. I would love to hear the dirt on dead guy from dead guy's ex. There's a book to be written on this one. Oh, and why aren't we getting any media interviews from Mr. defending his home? Is he related to the comedian M________o from Arlington Heights? Quiet suburban streets, I don't think so.

I believe that that charge is now completely based on your skin color.
1. It happened in the suburbs. Many of the state's attorney's "rules" don't apply there.

Oddly it is white guys accused and charged in this case. Seems racist that were they to be of a darker persuasion they probably would not be charged. That north suburb case was described as racist when the southside yoots were charged felony murder in the attempt car theft death of their accomplice.

If you guys haven't watched the video on this from the victim's doorbell camera you should. The two asshole (one deceased) crooks should have stuck to selling used cars, cause they sure as hell weren't cut out for home invasion. Getting your ass whupped by a fat middle-aged guy with his shorts falling down (who proceeds to go back in and blow away your partner in crime) should be fun watching at the trial.

And a good lesson for prospective home invaders can be learned from the video:
If the guy you want to rob is flying the American flag on a daily basis, it just may mean he's a Vet and/or Patriot that takes pride in his Country and it's Constitution along with it's Amendments... Especially the 2nd.

I saw this in the news last week. Homeowner (victim) beats the crap out of the one offender and supposedly shot and killed the other offender. Sounds like a open and shut case and law abiding citizen wins again. I wonder if the offender had a CCL or FOID. Why was their SWAT called out if the guy was Dead?
It’s not racist when white people are charged appropriately, it’s only racist to hold others accountable for their actions.
Too bad the homeowner didn't plug both and save taxpayers money.
It’s almost like the application of law is determined by race...and that a certain race has drastically lower punishments for committing crimes than everyone else. Never mind, that can’t be true!

Are suggesting that someone inside the residence set this up or it’s a inside job? Are you implying that something is not right because a victim of a crime is not all over the media giving ridiculous interviews? How about to degenerate losers committed a crime and paid the price? A dumb bad guy decides to do a home invasion, convinces another dumb bad guy to go along with him. Homeowner beats the hell out of one dumb bad guy who unlawfully entered his residence, then shoots and kills the other dumb bad guy who entered his residence unlawfully. This homeowners wife and children were present. Fortunately this homeowner exercised his constitutional right to bear firearms. So in addition to saving taxpayers a lot of money feeding and housing one of these scumbags, he saved his family from harm. That sounds like a hero to me. Arlington Heights should honor this father/husband/citizen.
The homeowner supposedly had $200,000 cash in a safe 10 years ago. There's probably more to the story.....

Homeowner opened the door thinking they were landscapers. When they pushed their way inside, without being invited, with the intent to commit a crime, it became a home invasion. You must be one of those Kim Foxx ASA’s we get when we call felony review.
I am not one of Kim Foxx ASAs. I merely asked a question, because I was curious. 😁
