More Lawsuits Inbound

Even his own people are telling him there will be lawsuits:

• Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is blocking those who took part in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol from working in state jobs, ignoring President Donald Trump's attempt to offer them a clean slate last week in a sweeping set of pardons and commutations.

  Late Thursday, Pritzker directed the state’s Department of Central Management Services, the state’s primary hiring authority, to restrict hiring of those who took part in the attack on the Capitol by declaring they had taken part in “infamous and disgraceful conduct that is antithetical to the mission of the State.”

"...the State."  We remember hearing that a lot when the USSR was still in business.

In the meantime, a few points:

• no one was convicted of insurrection or treason - it was mostly trespassing;
• a pardon wipes out the criminal conviction completely;
• this will affect at most a couple dozen people

And isn't it democrats - especially Illinois democrats who are always saying criminals need second and third chances, good paying employment, and actually hold seminars where those "justice system involved individuals" can apply to have their records expunged, sealed and erased?

But Fata$$ would rather waste taxpayer money on a losing proposition.

Nationwide Body Cam Victories

Remember when we were all hesitant about body cameras? They've been a help in many shootings despite the obvious shortcomings of only providing one direction of reference, but multiple cameras can alleviate some of that.

Truth be told, they've revealed quite a bit about the people cops end up stopped - especially politicians:

• Oklahoma State Senator Regina Goodwin got pulled over on a traffic stop by a Tulsa County Deputy. Body camera footage of the stop shows Tulsa Mayor Monroe Nichols showed up after the citation was already issued. Goodwin's attorney and a Tulsa City Councilor also showed up.

  Body camera footage of the stop shows a Tulsa County deputy telling Senator Goodwin she ran two stop signs near the 200 block of East Archer Street.

  The video shows Goodwin refused to provide her driver's license, even after the deputy asked for it more than a dozen times. It then shows the deputy handcuffing Goodwin and then putting her in his car.
  

As suspected, a democrat.

Same with this one:

• A longtime New Jersey politician unleashed a profanity-laden rant at a cop for pulling him over last month — telling the officer that he’s his “boss,” body cam footage shows.

  Paulsboro Councilman Theodore D. Holloway tore into the local cop after being flagged for allegedly running a stop sign near Penn Line Road and West Adams Street just after 10 p.m. on Jan. 4, according to footage obtained by Fox News Digital. Holloway, who has served the borough for 12 years, initially appeared bewildered by the cop — who appeared to recognize the councilman — but quickly reverted to ripping into him.

  “I’m the one that brought you on! I put you on!” Holloway yells at the camera before threatening to call Police Chief Gary Kille, the footage shows. “I’m the one that hired you! You actually pulled over an elected official. … You’re pulling over your boss. I’m literally your boss.”

Actually, if the cop is a taxpayer, he's your boss CouncilAss.

So people complain cops aren't doing enough....then when they do to someone connected, they're ripped for that, too. But cameras give everyone the opportunity to see what's going on.

Dart Backtracking?

This popped up the other day:

• An organization that helps citizens obtain public records is demanding State of Illinois and county officials release details on how many and which illegal aliens with immigration detainers are currently in their custody.

  On Wednesday, the Coalition Opposing Government Secrecy (COGS) sent Freedom of Information Act requests to Illinois state prisons and county jails asking for copies of records on illegal aliens committed to their facilities that are the subject of a detainer order.

  At the order of Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, Illinois law enforcement officials have been keeping secret details of illegal aliens they have arrested and for which crimes, as well as whether they remain in state custody.
  

This was about the time that Fata$$, Turban and Deckworthless started backtracking and claiming Illinois didn't want criminals! Just regular ol' illegals.

Dart didn't want to be left out:

• The Cook County Sheriff’s Office issued a statement that reports of it refusing requests from federal authorities seeking entry into the jail are not true, according to a statement on the sheriff’s official Facebook page.

  Further, the sheriff’s maintains there is nothing preventing federal officials from picking up detainees in custody that have federal criminal warrants “as they have done countless times, as recently as Monday.”

"See Mr President? I'm cooperating....it's just all that darned paperwork! But if you have whatever I need to keep Prickwinkle and Fata$$ off my butt, I'll give you all the illegals aliens you want!"

Garbage Man Takes Out Trash

A Two-Fer!

• A garbage collector shot two armed robbers, killing one, outside a Chicago elementary school on Friday morning. Police said the victim, 28, is licensed to carry a concealed firearm.

  He was collecting trash in an alleyway next to DRW College Prep, 931 South Homan, when two men walked up, displayed a gun, and announced the robbery, according to police. An “exchange of gunfire” ensued between the robbers and the garbage collector, CPD said in a media statement.

  While the victim was not injured, the two robbers were not so fortunate. One of them, a 42-year-old man, collapsed about 20 feet from the school’s front entrance. He was pronounced dead at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head.

We really need to sponsor or inspire someone to give CCL holders who successfully defend themselves or others a free box of ammo after incidents like these. Obviously, this guy has done his range time, but who doesn't like to have another fifty shots free of charge?

We also need someone to keep an eye on the garbage company in case they try to fire this employee for defending himself - if they aren't sending armed guards out on the streets before the sun is up, then retaliating against an employee protecting himself should be highly discouraged.

Crimesha Giggles

Ah Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois, you never disappoint:

• While helping build Cinespace Chicago Film Studios into a production powerhouse for movies, streaming and TV, Alexander S. “Alex” Pissios also played a part in several real-life dramas. After federal prosecutors threatened to charge Pissios with bankruptcy fraud, he went undercover as a mole, helping them snare longtime Chicago Teamsters union boss John T. Coli Sr., who was convicted of extorting cash from Cinespace in exchange for labor peace.

  Around the time Pissios sold his Chicago studio for a reported $1 billion or more in 2021, court records showed he owed money to the leader of a reputed mob-tied bookmaking ring in the south suburbs, though Pissios wasn’t charged in the case.

  Before running Cinespace, Pissios developed real estate with Edward Gobbo, a former Chicago Department of Streets and Sanitation truck driver under investigation by federal authorities in connection with Bridgeport’s Washington Federal Bank for Savings, which was shut down over massive fraud. Both men, who each went through bankruptcies, got loans from the bank.

  More recently, Pissios dipped a toe into the political drama of new Cook County State’s Attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke’s election run. Records show O’Neill Burke took a $50,000 campaign contribution from the onetime federal mole on Dec. 23.

She's been in office what.....just over a month? And already, (inadvertently?) tied into a bankruptcy fraud, and fbi investigation, and the Outfit.

Sounds like an old time, original Daley, Machine connect politician.

UPDATE: We are aware O'Neill Burke is unclogging the mess Crimesha left behind. 

We are more than aware of Chicago, Cook County history as we are well into our sixth decade of living in Chicago. In this sewer you can't help but bump up against the crooked and connected.....but that just means you have to be more careful. And voters have to be aware of and keep an eye on shit so it doesn't backslide.

Image is a big part of O'Neill Burke's job and we'd hate to see her fail because she was foolish with her campaign's associations.

Murder Keeps Getting Worse

Remember, these are the people Conehead and Fata$$ want to replace you....and the media covers for them:

• Two undocumented migrants ILLEGAL ALIENS - [fixed it for you Frank Main....hack - SCC] — one wearing a GPS monitoring device — killed a 63-year-old Northwest Side man during a robbery after he met them on a dating app, police sources said Friday.

  One suspect was wearing an Immigration and Customs Enforcement monitor during the killing, the sources said. The GPS device allowed police to place the man at the scene of the killing Sunday in the 7600 block of West Talcott Avenue in Norwood Park, the sources said.

  An ICE spokesman didn’t immediately respond for comment about why the suspect was wearing a monitor.

So ICE was using the same devices that Dart has been using for years and is now claiming are useless at actually keeping track of Cook County "outmates." But those were able to track this asshole.
